Real Estate Brokers license. I have been involved on the construction/development side of both residential and commercial real estate development as well as Marketing and Management for approx. 24 years. Projects were developing and marketing for multi million dollar properties, creating new business and expanding enhancements for those projects with proven success. Successes include marketing/liquidation of approx. $500 million of income producing properties. Oversight of Resort/Residential properties and residents/guests.
