Decide is a creative consultancy focused on developing and bringing brands to life through the customer experience. Set up to work across different business sectors and drive real return on investment for businesses, through the development and delivery of their customer offer.My business is called Decide as businesses need to take control and decide their brand and customer experience. I had a very exciting first year of business, with involvement in a number of banking, telecoms and hospitality businesses. The work included; critiquing and improving existing offers, defining companies brand and business aims and assisting businesses in setting up their internal creative teams.The gold medal however went to the London Olympics where I worked as lead 'spectator' expert. Troubleshooting and improving all the spectator touch points across the Games and helping to ensure it was the best spectator experience ever. With a 11 million client base, multiple venues, sports and experiences on offer to the customer. This was an exciting and challenging event, where both strong strategy and the ability to re-organise and deliver rapid change was crucial. From Games makers success to recommendations for Rio and the IOC, the London Olympics sets a new standard for venues around the world.

As Director of Product and Service, I was responsible for creating the customer's brand and travel experience, with a combination of marketing and operational responsibilities. From the design and delivery of it’s lounges to it’s seats, corporate identity, onboard entertainment, food and cabin crew service.Leading many of the airlines innovative successes, including the Upper Class Wing, overseas Clubhouses and most famously £105M Upper Class Cabin. My challenge was to ensure it was the best in the industry.
