I have built a life in the theatre based on passion, inspiration and collaboration. Placing an emphasis on creating artistic homes for artists of all ages, I have built companies of artists in a variety of settings. I have created two separate touring teen theatre companies both using devised work to address community concerns. I also founded, alongside a small group of vanguard artists, Curious Theatre Company; a mid-sized Equity theatre producing regional and world premieres with social and political relevance. My desire to allow youth access to all professional opportunities available at Curious inspired me to create Curious New Voices and The National Collective; both offer playwriting and rigorous development opportunities to young artists across the country. While at Curious I have also worked as an award-winning actress and director, collaborating with an amazing community of artists with an emphasis on artistic excellence. As a founder I have also been involved in organizational development, season selection, artistic company management; always focusing on conscious growth and the pioneering of new artistic frontiers. My desire to learn and grow while also supporting others on their creative path is at the heart of all I do and continues to lead me to new and exciting communities.
