Scheduling patient appointments for their 1 & 2nd doses of their Covid Vaccinations.Knowledge of Covid-19 related processes, protocols, and CDC guidelines. Able to work unsupervised efficient while maintaining high volume data entry. Schedule and verify appointments in clinical information system. Verify and update patient demographic and insurance informationExcellent Customer service and proper telephone etiquette with strong oral and written communication skills such as great listening, critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills.
