Production and presentation of monthly budget including analysis of same to execute profit and loss adjustments. Hire and schedule staff, conduct performance evaluations, dispatch service calls and after-hour emergencies, inventory, sales, acquisition of new clients. Communicate with owner to ensure and maintain high quality service, manage office in owner’s absence, care of livestock, inventory control,supply orders, and clients visits to audit.Technicians’ progress, oversight of and assistance with installs ensuring timely, accurate completion, conduct monthly calls to all clients to maintain client satisfaction.

Direct supervision of five department managers and up to forty-two associates.Forecast scheduling of associates according to payroll plan while achieving management goals includingSales quotas and promotions, expense control, net income quotas, reviewing monthly P&L , payroll, Inventory reports and outcome thereof, report feedback regarding same to District ManagerEnsure all standards and procedures properly administered and followed while maintaining department Compliance with audit regulations for both in-house and government guidelinesProvide training for new hires, department managers and associates including forklift, cash register, Computer and StockRight program.Perform reviews and conduct interviews including oversight of interview testingManage all merchandising functions, replenishment of all consumables and hard goods including Equine department.Implement all merchandising programs including end displays, shelf planograms, stocking procedures, all signage programs and advertising materials, receiving duties, return to vendors, unloading of vendor trucks, and accountable for approving all purchase orders.
