I have skills in many trades, as I personally love to learn, research and expand my knowledge. I began at a young age working in the Salon industry, in which I advanced to District Manager for 17 Salons, managed over 100 employees and 17 Managers. Calculated time cards, managed inventory, labor cost, and assisted with employee scheduling. I later worked in Credit and Collections, Accounts Payables, and moved up to Credit and Collection Specialist for a credit union in which I created an entire Repo department. Managed the sale of vehicles, worked with members to get their accounts in good standing. I also worked in fraud prevention and our local DA, to file claims and/or investigate potential fraud shown in accounts and loan documentation. I worked booking entertainment, learned entertainment contracts, binders, riders etc... I then moved in to the Mortgage industry, (by accident) which later ended up as a Self Employed mortgage loan processor processing loans for up to 7 different brokers at one time. Then the industry collapsed in 2007. I dabbled back in to credit and collections, moved in to a position of marketing, administrative assistant and then later, found my way back in to the mortgage industry. Knowing I was "rusty" I worked with an amazing company that let me get my feet wet, as a JR processor, this helped me brush up my skills and learn the new rules governing the Mortgage Industry. Once I became familiar with the changes, I, within that company began processing loans. I am excellent at structuring files and learning our borrowers story to prepare the file. I was diligent at working to submit a loan with the goal of being conditioned for 3 or less conditions. I pride myself in submitting clean files to UW. I then moved to another company that offered me an opportunity to work as a Processor. It was there I learned Encompass as opposed to Calyx Point. I possess a skill that can't be taught, "Common Sense". I pride myself in learning and absorbing all I can. I will ask for help, admit when I am wrong, learn from my mistakes, work as a team player, help where I can or where I am needed. I as a person, take ownership of my role, and I work knowing I can make a difference, whether it is acknowledged or not. I know, within myself, I do everything with the best of intentions to help, build. grow and lift up anyone I can, when I can. I am a self starter, able to work independently, the more work I have the better. I finish what I start, and will work as much as I am permitted daily ( if it takes all night) to complete a project
