Chief Information Officer (Cio)
Responsibilities include but not limited to directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions and the information technology (IT) needs of the organization; Providing leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of our short and long-term strategic financial and Information Technology objectives; Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and ensure our compliancy with GAAP and all applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting; Raising Capital; Ensuring tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business growth objectives; Manage IT and development team personnel; Approve vendor negotiations and IT architecture; Establish IT policies, strategies, and standards; Develop and approve technology futures and budgets.
