The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that daily operations aremaintained within the North Texas Market. My Responsibilities included: * Supervise daily activities of the FSS staff including: call center management, ensuringadequate staffing in the service center, achieving call center and service deliverymetrics established at a national and local level, handling client escalations,encouraging staff development through training sessions, skills based management, and LoSLead interaction, etc. * Provide related administrative support which may include maintaining appropriatedocumentation, preparing reports and presentations, recruiting processes, and overseeingthe work of contract personnel and North Texas Market IT staff. * Review and approve timesheets, expense reports, and time off requests for North TexasMarket IT staff. * Develop staff by consistently providing examples of superior client service delivery,executive presence, fiscal responsibility, and technical expertise. Provided internal andexternal Training for staff in accordance with Firm policies and departmental needs. * Work with the West Coast Region Leader to develop performance objectives and measurementsfor North Texas Market IT staff. * Provide coaching and counseling to North Texas Market IT staff, as necessary. Maintainadequate documentation of performance any issues. Prepare annual performance reviews forNorth Texas Market IT staff.

I served as the technology advocate for assigned lines of services within PwC. Theprimary responsibility of this position was to ensure that effective relationships weredeveloped and maintained between GTS and the respective service lines. My Responsibilitiesincluded: * Initiate dialogue with LoS clients (technology liaisons and/or managers) to determineproject planning needs, technology requirements, and client/GTS staff training needs.Regularly communicate client requirements with Manager. * Serve as source for escalated support needs for assigned service lines for the DallasGlobal Technology Solutions team. * Install and maintain hardware and software systems for assigned LoS, including clientengagement sites.
