  Responsible for coordinating logistical elements for global marketing events. Triages inbound event requests, follows–up with clients to ensure the project scope is fully detailed, and directs requests to the appropriate manager and vertical. Plans and executes all event logistics, including: venue research and assignment, registration and attendee management (including communications), accurately forecasting needs for promotional materials (swag) and managing inventories for longer programs, gauging and supplying catering, all vendor management including scheduling and payments, all client management including schedules and managing internal budget trackers.
