Customer Service Rep
CurrentI have worked alone on 3rd shift for most of the 15 years I have worked for Signius. I take incoming emergency and non emergency calls for doctors, lawyers, utility companies, offices, heating and a/c companies, emergency maintenance for apartment complexes and realty companies. I take leasing calls also.I take and dispatch those calls. I take orders and dispatch for restaurant/driver delivery drivers, dispatch for trucking companies and dispatch for taxi companies. We have companies that run infomercials and have web sites and we take orders for their products. I also answer for many other kinds of companies. I do some customer service, computer/system back ups and maintenance for our office and run nightly reports. I love my job. I love working with people and helping them and working with computers.
