My core competencies include auto body repair and painting, customer service, inventory and pricing control, and computer security. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at the University of Louisville, where I am learning how to protect and defend information systems from cyber threats and attacks. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to enhance the security and performance of various systems and networks.As a body prep/painter at Wright-way Collision since 2011, I have been responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I use my skills in removing rust and debris, filling cavities and dents, masking and taping details, selecting and applying colors and substances, and checking for runs and sags to ensure a smooth and flawless finish. I also use my frontline office work, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and insurance companies, and to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
