I am an organised confident person who can deal with people of all levels and am a quick learner who takes an interest in foreign languages. I am passionate about change (improvements), sustainability and pride myself on learning the end to end process before reviewing.I have many years experience in the Banking world, working mostly for a major high street Bank. I enjoy good working relations with customers and pride myself on understanding their needs and delivering the best service possible, going that bit further to delight them.I enjoy teaching and delight in training new staff into our way of working. I am also a qualified Tenpin Bowling instructor and Trampoline Coach (though not at the same time!)I am an active person and enjoy a challenge, hence the walk on the Great Wall of China to raise awareness and funding for Multiple Sclerosis.I live life to the full and have a good work life balance.
