‘Chief Operating Officer’ for the Head of Analytics, leading the transformation and operations of Unilever’s advanced analytics strategy to drive Unilever into a data intelligent organization (leveraging data, data science & technology).Lead the development of strategic Products; through product design thinking, agile principles and SCRUM framework. Passionate international team leader of more than 30 diverse employees and 100+ partners in over 10 countries to deliver capabilities for more than 5,000 users globally. Manage annual budgets over 30M euro with objective to deliver insights for local markets, global functions, and various target audiences (from the Planner to the Vice President) to enable savings and growth.
