Pillar & Vine is a 501(c)3 private, non-profit, child-placing agency licensed through the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. Our agency licenses, trains, and supports foster families in their work with children placed in foster care. The agency also offers a variety of services including parent coaching, visitation supervision, respite services, and transportation to enable parents to meet the needs of their children. Our model includes working closely with biological parents, foster parents, social workers, schools and community providers to facilitate successful family reunification or an alternative permanent plan such as adoption in the timeliest way possible.Foster Care is challenging work and all of our children come to us with hardships. All have been traumatized by the circumstances leading to their removal and by the process transitioning to a new home. Student Conduct and Emergency Management

Work with several team members on the residential side of the student under the direction of the Dean of Student Engagement. Serve on the Administrator on Call rotation, (Threat Response Team) and Title IX Investigator. I oversee Marian University One Stop, Campus Safety & Security and crisis planning for the university.Am a court appointed child advocate with Conflict Resolution Center Fond du Lac County. Also court appointed mediator with Conflict Resolution Center. Service to FDL Co.by way of sitting on several organizational boards.

Started as CASE Office secretary moved into Coordinator of Academic testing. Also assistant volleyball coach at Marian.

Coached volleyball at all levels, beginning camps for 3-6th grade during summer camps. Coached 7 & 8th grade teams along with high school freshmen team.
