Homelessness and Social Housing Reform

• Led a team of 100 staff with line management, supervision, mentoring and coaching of 4 Program Managers• Streamlined all reporting and legislative requirements within the portfolio including: DHHS, AIHW, NAHA, DSS, NPA, Housing Registration Key Performance Measures and philanthropic program outcomes including financial modelling to ensure they were financially sustainable. • Highly proficient in Service Development - Increased revenue by $ 700,000- in 2014/2015 including the development of innovative models to meet unfunded client need.• Responsible for all Family and Children Supports Programs including two Family and Children Crisis accommodation services along with the Transitional Housing Management Program. • Developed and implemented outcome measures and developed a data platform for the Children's Specialist Program for Children who had experienced family violence and/or homelessness. This data was quoted by the Premier at the National Partnership Agreement press conference in 2015.• Established a workforce development partnership with ERMHA to establish a ‘Worker Exchange Program’ to enhance workforce capability for staff across both organisations.• Established strategic partnerships and positive relationships with various stakeholders including: Victoria Police, Emerge, Primary Health Network, Monash Health, South East Community Links, ERMHA, St Kilda and Port Phillip Primary Schools.• Key note speaker for Maurice Blackburn women’s event presenting on family violence and homelessness.
