Identified opportunities to drive growth (for example, via execution of bespoke ‘event’ activity like ‘International Women’s day’, ‘Eid’, or ‘Easter’, celebrated more-so than within the UK market), to then determine the localised marketing strategy within specific territories.• Led a team of 10 marketing managers to launch a new range in 50 stores across Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia through the delivery of the ‘chilled to frozen’ (food) campaign which was a new business opportunity that contributed an additional £250k annually (£5k per week), sales were up by 32% when the brand campaign was live• Put in place local marketing strategies, (one example being an ‘Eid’ campaign in UAE, where I organised a ‘bespoke’ photoshoot in the UK, to enable the franchise partner to be able to use relevant and targeted marketing material), this resulted in an increase in revenue of 17% whilst the Eid campaign was on • Managed photoshoots end-to-end (Food and Fashion) and worked with stylists to ensure the creative met the objectives of the campaign brief.
