Provides strategic guidance, leadership and oversight to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in the Shared Services organization: HR, Finance, Facilities and Event Management.

The North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) mission is to ensure the reliability of the North American bulk power system. Certified by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, NERC develops and enforces relability standards; assesses adequacy annually via a 10-year forecast, monitors the bulk power system; and educates, trains and certifies industry personnel. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this position is responsible for providing leadership, organization and coordination for the Project Management Office. The PMO is tasked with delivering all ERO Enterprise IT projects. This position ensures all projects administered by the PMO adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for project management. The PMO manages change and promotes the continuous improvement of project management related processes.Duties and Responsibilities include: • Oversee enterprise project management strategy, training, communication, project control/analysis/reporting and tool development.• Develop, where needed, and administer an organization’s project management processes.• Track status, risks, issues and metrics for all projects and maintain centralized repository for management and reporting of project portfolio. Present information to facilitate decision making.• Ensure resources are appropriately assigned to project activities.• Manage and coordinate complex technology related projects to ensure timely and efficient implementation of projects.• Serve on the ERO IT Steering Committee and NERC Information Technology Advisory Group. Also serves on NERC's IT Leadership Team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this global role is responsible for worldwide IT governance and process improvement, IT change management and communications. Delivery of project and program management execution standards, best practices and methodology across four regions: Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. Enterprise Portfolio management, reporting and benefits realization.

Responsible for project management methodology, tool and best practices for CCE IT.
