Overview: Responsible for overseeing the success of 15 retail branches within the Greater Philadelphia Bucks, Montgomery and, Philadelphia Counties. Oversees their day to day operations to include their banking functions, including sales and financial goal achievement, bank deposit growth, employee management, employee and customer retention and meeting budget goals. Interfaces and coordinates efforts with other Regional Leadership CISC, Business Banking, Commercial Lending, HR, Training, and operational support areas to achieve common objectives.
