I currently over see and manage the branch at Mi Life Recruitment Services Ltd which is a provider of both temporary and permanent staff to the healthcare industry, supplying staff to a number of private hospitals, supported living units, care homes and other healthcare settings. My role with in the company is to over see all aspects of Compliance, From managing training for all staff along with sourcing new candidates, My key roles are to ensure all staff are fully vetted with DBS's, references and relevant training before passing them on to our clients and our consultants, I am also responsible for insuring all staff are paid on time and paid the correct wages each week.
