This involved recruitment of certified ultrasound professionals from around the nation, on-boarding of all clinical and non-clinical employees, supporting the owners with projects, managing all employee benefits and working with human resources at HCA St. David’s North Austin Medical Center to make sure all BBI employees/subcontractors were in compliance with their requirements. I prepared a very complex employee clinical handbook for all employees.
