-Provided program management services for the Defense Health Information Management Systems (DHIMS) Program Management Office (PMO) for the AHLTA/CHCS Critical Fixes and Support (ACCFS) project. Provided requirements analysis, risk identification/tracking, defect reporting/resolution and program milestone reviews of AHLTA/CHCS workstreams for key milestones in the DHIMS SDLC.

-Provided requirements gathering/analysis support and testing support for the United States Postal Service (USPS) Information Technology (IT) Value Application Suite supporting CIO organization’s budget and program management needs.-Authored system user manuals and documentation that depicted information exchanges and application capabilities for the entire IT Value Application suite. Supported the development of system administrative manuals and operation maintenance documentation.- Provided requirements gathering and analysis support for the United States Postal Service (USPS) Prime Tracker system reengineering effort. Elicited/analyzed requirements and wrote requirements documentation. Developed design documentation describing user interface specifications, incoming/outgoing process flows and technical architecture.

-Provided business process modeling support for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) Business Architecture (BA) team within the Enterprise Systems Management Office (ESM). -Delivered a full range of BA capabilities, including process modeling, process improvement, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), requirements modeling, and trained new modelers through the model elicitation, data call, and workgroup facilitation process. -Developed internal process documentation to provide an onboarding resource for new ESM employees; Conducted interviews with various SMEs to develop internal process models. -Authored the VHA ESM BA Process Modeling Guiding Principles document, process notation checklist and templates.-Trained and provided guidance for modelers supporting the Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (JAL FHCC) work effort to assist in developing the To-Be patient registration process.
