I am amazing at customer service. I not only check in patients for their appointment I also preform the preliminary testing for the Doctor. I order supplies for the office. I provide patient education on the insertion and removal of contact lenses as well as the care and maintenance. I schedule appointments for both in office as well as referrals out to specialists. I handle the patient billing and assist with filing of some of the insurance claims. I perform the opening procedures for the office in the morning and can perform the end of day closing duties as well, including printing out all required daily deposit forms as well as the next day schedule. I also order supplies and maintain the inventory of the forms and necessary printed documents. I am an active member of The American Legion Riders and The Kansas Patriot Guard Riders.
