My career experience includes working through B2B and B2C channels within Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, Sales (including field Sales) and Customer Services roles. This has enabled me to fine tune my management skills, successfully opening up opportunities for those I have worked for through targeted sales initiatives and strong relationship building, consistency over all communication channels and providing product training. All methodically planned, organised and implemented to deadline. My roles to date have been reliant on strong product knowledge and to work within restraints of contractual/ legal or regulatory requirements to achieve and maintain all goals and objectives. Challenges like these keep me self-motivated and committed to achieving results. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail, capable of becoming part of any process for populating and implementing strategies and processes, comfortably working within a team or on my own initiative. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I have a pleasant, approachable nature along with a professional, enthusiastic attitude.For my part in giving something back to the local community I have voluntarily offered my time and skills to help as a Venture Scout Leader, Lawford, Essex: an Assistant Synchronized Swimming Coach, Clacton on Sea, Essex and sat on the Management committee at Venture Centre 2000, Lawford, Essex. Outside of work I have a passion for Salsa Dancing and started ‘Salsa-licious’ in 2010, Instructing Salsa Lessons and organisng social events in Clacton and Saffron Waldon, Essex.
