Aeronautical Intelligence Analyst exploit worldwide aeronautical data and other sources of intelligence insupport of national security goals, concerns, and strategies. They produce oral, written, and graphic intelligence reports. The CH-47F Subject Matter Expert (Pilot SME) is part of a CH-47F Courseware Development, Maintenance and Training Team. I provide aviation expertise and high-level subject matter proficiency for the CH-47F and advanced technical knowledge and analysis of the operational environment. I also provide CH-47F Academic Instruction and CH-47F Aircrew Training.Develop new curriculum, review curriculum, assess, and recommend improvements to the training program. Attend required scheduled meetings and participate as an Aircrew expert. Develop, update, modify and maintain the currency of curriculum to support platform specific training. Assess training, syllabus, and mission scenarios for effectiveness and recommend improvements to the training program.Provide analysis of existing testing methods and recommend changes to improve training baseline and measure proficiency of training objectives. Create lessons, review syllabi and recommend changes/enhancements to training agenda.

Served as a senior instructor and editor at the Army's Aviation School for its' pilots. Developed, improved and enforced standards of presentations for large cadre of instructors. Managed and coordinated the use of the school's flight simulator devices while training over 500 pilot trainees. Managed and directed the activities of ten (10) personnel in developing a training program of instruction which educated over 650 soldiers in the art of Combat Tactics and Survival. Responsible for the development of the unit's bi-monthly training exercises and schedules to sustain a high level of combat readiness. Coordinated regularly with multiple external agencies (e.g. Department of Defense, Foreign Governments and Inter-Service organizations) to improve the safety of complex aviation and personnel recovery operations. Extensively used bi-lingual expertise (English-Korean) to accomplish tasks. Oversaw the management of the unit's Aircraft Survivability Equipment for 34 aircraft and 100 other classified technical systems. Extensively used MS Office to accomplish all assigned tasks and document/record required administrative data.

U.S.Army, Fort Polk

Supervised the execution of all battalion logistics and supply operations which included $70 million of combat equipment; a $4.5 million flying hour budget; and an $840,000 budget to support ground operations. Responsible for providing operable and calibrated aviation trainers for large scale joint and multi-national forces Joint Readiness Training Center operations. Served as airfield's refueling contract officer representative while supervising all Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant operations for over 500,000 gallons of fuel.

The aircraft components repair supervisor supervises aviation unit, intermediate and depot maintenance on aircraft components, aviation communications and other electronic/electrical systems.Responsible for the safe, proper, and timely conduct of all aviation shops maintenance in support of all aircraft in area of operations. Digitized the platoon’s maintenance records resulting in a significant improvement in maintenance tracking also maintained a tremendous amount of maintenance data on every combat and regular work order, giving the replacing unit a valuable planning tool. These responsibilities included training, disciplinary actions, professional development and the assignment/allocation of maintenance duties/priorities. During this period of time the unit had an unblemished aviation safety record.

Principal responsibility was to insure multiple units' helicopters electronics systems were performing at optimal efficiency. Inherent in these responsibilities were: diagnosing and repairing electronic malfunctions on the aircraft and their components; maintaining in an operable and calibrated state all electronic test equipment; keeping accurate records and maintenance log books on the assigned equipment; procuring replacement parts to keep the aircraft at high readiness levels; and insuring all aspects of safety were adhered to.
