Moving on to new adventures in Summerlin, NV and loving every minute.New assignment effective April 1, 2013, as the OTC/LEX Change Management Lead (Customer Service/Logistics), within the Organizational Change Management Team of 3M Business Transformation. Responsible for leading and executing the change management processes and tools to enable successful, accelerated global transitions to the new Polaris business processes, enabled by SAP. The role includes close collaboration across OCM, OTC and LEX process teams on a daily basis. Prior history includes advancing my 3M career through positions of increasing responsibility across multiple 3M Business units spanning Inventory Control Analyst, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Lead, Senior eBusiness Solutions Representative, and Senior Supply Chain Analyst. Most recently, she was an IT eBusiness Supervisor and Application Lead for B2B Web eCommerce Applications, EOC, EPC, and IEOC within the IT-ACE organization.
