We operated, managed a small plantation exporting quality flowers around the world thru export agencies. Our company had business branch called Kiwi Hydrangeas. Being an operation manager we effeceintly supplied our flowers and greens to our target market. We belived in maintaining plant quality by fertigation and irrigation along with quality care and love for flowers and plants. Our belief paid off by hard work and enhancing our sales by supplying foliage greens to local florists market.This was undone by other hydrangea grower in the area. We took the opportunity and gained to balance our books. I did growing, finding orders and delivering order to locals. My Accounting skills and knowledge made easier to operate whole business effieciently along with my husbands Science and Engineering background. My husband looked at flower quality, fumigation and experimenting other flower variety. My team included my family specially my mum and dad who assisted me to do seasonal hard work such as pruning, picking, packing and most importantly looking after my child while i was completing orders. A fantastic journey of my life. A confidence booster and life example of Can Do attitude.
