Document Control Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, Hatch Associates:Administrative Assistant for the Construction Management Team on Phosphate Plant Expansion Project. Log, file, process, and transmit all engineering documents to/from Field Contractors. Prepared EXCEL spread sheets, WORD documents, Adobe documents, etc. Manage Construction engineering drawings, data sheet, indexes, and vendor literature in Field Office. Maintain, file, track, and expedite all Contractor Submittals, Requests for Information, Change Orders, Draw Requests, and Contract Documents. Maintain man hour, and safety statistics for weekly reporting. Compile and transmit regular required Construction reporting to home office and client. Maintain Shipping/Receiving documentation in iPas including current PO’s file for material receiving. Create and transmit all meeting minutes. Organized and prepare Field Office client meetings. Assist all Field Contractor’s in the use of the iPas system. Responsible for checking, correcting, and proper filing of all Field data into the iPas system. Document Control Liaison between Field Construction and the Home Offices.
