I was responsible for arranging compositions, run recording sessions, and suggests changes to instrumentation, effects, and lyrics. While also guiding the mixing, mastering, and recording. After listening I was responsible for gathering ideas and inspiration for projects and develop the vision and direction for each project the company produced.As A&R I was responsible for finding talent online and in the area to try to sign. Which required me to manage and project budgets so that we had funds do compensate new artist. Lastly I handled contracts and negotiations to make sure both parties received a fair deal.Edits music and video clips of integrated content the company produces and uploads on the company’s web site working closely with the team and artist. Support the team on all integrations and proposals.As an Artist I have Performed music for live audiences and recordings. Audition for positions in choirs, bands, and other types of music groups. Practice playing instruments or singing to improve my craft and technique over the years.

Filming video on set and on location.Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots.Movie set productions in and out of studio.Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment.Editing footage after recording.
