Counsel and coach students in the kindergarten through 5th grades. Teach biblical life skills and principles to classes. Assist with in-service teacher and staff training. Serve as a consultant in parent and staff conferences.

Durenda's experience includes hundreds of hours conducting conflict coaching and mediation for businesses, marriages, schools, families and workplace disputes. She has also taught biblical conflict resolution principles at Peacemaker Ministries conferences, school in-services, and ministries in the United States, as well as India.

Durenda's experience teaching numerous years in 2nd grade, 6th grade, and high school English has woven a fabric of understanding educational and social-emotional needs on a variety of levels.
