In my pivotal role within the Clean Energy Talent team, I ensure smooth operations and best practice across Accounts, Finance, Administration, Assessments, Candidate Care Plans and Retention Audits by:- Efficiently managing invoicing, financial forecasting, and accounts receivable to uphold financial health.- Overseeing expenses, supplier invoices, and monthly payroll in collaboration with the management team and accountant, ensuring accuracy and compliance- Acting as the main point of contact for all of our suppliers- Communicating team stats and revenue across the business - Enhancing recruitment processes by formatting resumes, creating search mandate reports- Facilitating seamless collaboration with our remote teams and providing any support required- Supporting marketing efforts through website management and social media- Coordinating interview logistics, managing our CRM database with GDPR compliance, and liaising with external suppliers to maintain operational excellence.- Delivering comprehensive Candidate Care for international relocators, assisting with essential information on accommodation, banking, and more to support their transition.- Charing our EOS Pulse/Weekly "level 10 meetings" and Rock meetings, arranging events and staff travel- Communicating Employee Incentives Schemes & Events- Tracking all CET placements for our retention audit (100% rate so far!)My role is central to fostering efficiency, financial integrity, our duty of care, and operational excellence within our organisation.
