Acting as Client Care & Transaction Coordinator for The Balossi Team. Dee’s professional background in office administration, bookkeeping and communication translates to the creation, implementation and follow-through of key processes from the listing of a property to the sale of a home and also throughout the buyer purchase contract period. Dee leads the client experience from the accepted contract through to the closing appointment by arranging for key appointments, managing important documents and timelines, and by being available during business hours to respond to client questions. Dee also uses her writing and marketing skills to create an online presence and drive business to The Balossi Team and has been instrumental in improving office systems to facilitate smoother contract to close transactions.

Charged with keeping the wheels on the road for a company struggling through a challenging time, I came in after a previous bookkeeper had become a bit overwhelmed with the fast growth the company had undergone (doubling locations within 3 months in mid 2012). Having always been "Knuckles the Bill Collector", I found myself on the other side of accounting, spending time developing relationships with both large (national corporate) and small (family farm) vendors as we slowly worked our way out of a challenging financial space. Responsibilities included constant vendor communication, managing personnel and HR responsibilities, setting up a Quickbooks system for 3 companies, and on occasion, input on menu & recipe development.
