Sixteen years of successful experiences in the classroom and eleven years in administration; highly proficient in data analysis to create systemic change for student achievement, E-Learning, K-12 Education, educational technology, instructional design, and curriculum development. Created new teacher orientation and onboarding plus ongoing teacher professional development in Diversity and Inclusion, social motional learning, restorative justice, instructional strategies, and various learning management systems. Innovative education professional with a Superintendent Licenese, 7-12 Prinipal License and 7-12 Mathematics Instructor License.I have recently started a new career development program with middle school students. We are reaching over 2500 6-8th graders in our first year. The associate districts are thrilled with the program offerings. Very exciting times!
