I’m a workaholic. I confess. I thrive on the rush of meeting a deadline. I get excited over quarterly reports, finding solutions to snags and implementing new processes that will make workplace flow more productive for our staff. In every venue I’ve tackled, I’ve wrung information out of it until it the sponge was dry…then I’ve moved on to a new challenge. During my time in the Staffing Industry I’ve been able to incorporate every venue I’ve worked in into what I do now. Construction and Safety, Psychology, Business Management and Communications and even those law classes have benefited my day to day workload. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of the finest Plant Managers, Supervisors, HR and Accounting Representatives in the Washington area. Dedicated, hard-working professionals who, like myself, give everything they have to the companies they represent. It is in that vein that I strive each day to represent ASAP with Professionalism, Care for both the Companies we staff and the Employees that we represent and Courtesy to everyone who encounters a member of our organization. To date, we’ve expanded from three offices to four and are growing more each day.
