As a Loan Officer Assistant for Freedom Mortgage I am able to help other Loan Officers with much of the day to day operations on their files so they can pursue new loans and give their best possible service to their existing clients as well. I am excited to announce my new position with Bay Equity. The range of products and programs I have to offer is unsurpassed. My new goal is to see how many clients I can get into a new home and to that end we have a new loan program with down payment assistance in the form of grant money up to 5% of the loan amount that they can use for down payment or closing costs. I know this will help many clients reach their dream of home ownership. Knowing that I have helped them is just icing on the cake.

Coming to Columbia Funding Mortgage has given me the opportunity to work with a great group of mortgage professionals. It has also allowed me to further my career as not only a mortgage specialist for over 20 years but add Reverse Mortgage Specialist to the mix. Reverse mortgages have become such a wonderful product to help seniors retain their home without mortgage payments. They can even buy a home and not have any payments. Call me with questions...

Finally I am back in the mortgage field. I have taken a position as a mortgage originator with WCS Lending here in Bellevue, WA. Recently I have been able to use my many years of mortgage expertise to help clients take advantage of this market. Since this is a national broker/banker I have many wonderful programs available to me. USDA loans is a specialty and a great product if you want to buy in the right area. Hopefully I can reconnect will all my friends and help you in any way I can.

After a stressful stint at Frontier Communications I am starting a new phase in my career at Everett Clinic. Voted one of the Top 100 places to work I am looking forward to a new environment to showcase my customer service talents. Working a regular 8 to 5 schedule will be a pleasant change.

This was an interesting experience for me in a call center environment. It sharpened my skills in different computer programs & multi-tasking. Although I wouldn't recommend this position for everybody it offered some great insight into the telecommunication area of business and was a great eye opener in many ways.
