Responsible for the successful implementation and operation of all simulation experiences across MultiCare Health System contributing to improve engagement, increase retention, and targeted improvement in organization quality initiatives. Provide oversight, consulting and coaching assistance to over 35 clinical educators regarding various simulation facilitation modalities and service excellence strategies. Implementation of a standardized system wide Mock Code Program. Development of a centralized simulation equipment inventory and utilization workflow. Collect and perform metric analysis of programs- evaluate opportunity to optimize outcomes in alignment with all strategic and operational goals of MHS. Manage program budget, planning and expense control, strategize ways to recover costs for equipment, overhead and supplies as the program matures.

Provide initial and ongoing clinical education to collaboratively achieve optimal outcomes in quality/safety, cost, service, and retention. Training environments inclusive but not limited to classroom instruction, high fidelity 3G simulation, and computer based resources.Service markets include the 6 MultiCare Emergency Departments; Covington, Auburn, Tacoma General, Good Samaritan, and Allenmore.
