I have enjoyed teaching, coaching and mentoring people for the last 33 years in life and business. I find it very rewarding to make an impact on the lives of others and to see them thrive in all areas of their life. I started as an elementary and special education teacher and loved teaching and leading for 12 years. I built a large direct sales business in Health and Wellness for 20 years to the top 1% of company earners. I coached thousands of business owners while developing their businesses in new markets. In additon, I led 10 of my teams to the top 1%. Now in the Real Estate Industry, I am educating, coaching and mentoring in the same ways to meet the needs of my clients as we partner to grow thriving businesses. I enjoy building relationships with business owners, identifying problems and working to find solutions. I am passionate about growth personally and professionally. In the two years at my company, I have contributed to a large, rapid growth in market share moving from 6th place at 9% to 2nd place at 20%. Achieving and helping others achieve at a high level while living a balanced and meaningful life, is very important to me. I have been married for 33 years, have 3 adult children and one grand daughter.
