Senior Manager covering all financial, staff/HR management, health and safety, facilities aspects of a 160 place, 7 room, 45 staff member nursery.Leading team to acheive Ofsted Outstanding January 2017.• Managing a monthly turnover of £100k• Budgetary management - staffing, consumables, maintenance, hygiene, waste, food, resource purchases• Full financial accountability (Profit and Loss management, income and over head reconciliations)• Management of food compliance (5 out of 5 EHO Inspections have scored 5 * under my management)• Payroll management• Rota Management for 45 staff members• Ensuring training plans, supervisions and carer development for staff (coaching and mentoring)• Overseeing recruitment, thorough staff induction• Staff HR (Investigations, Disciplinary Hearings Improving Work Performance, contract variations, appraisals)• Food / Dietary and menu management.• Customer service and complaints management• Ensuring corporate plan KPIs are met and employees have targets to improve nursery business and outcomes for children• Marketing and brand management - PR for nursery business• Operational and facilities management responsibility, ensuring fire safety, CCTV, building security, kitchen gas and ventilation, soft FM and capital projects• Procurement committee member for wider company• Ensuring compliance for regulatory body (Nursery rated Ofsted Outstanding January 2017) Liason with Local Authority expectations
