I am experienced, capable, diligent and confident individual with over 15 years IT and IT Training experience, committed to delivering training and communicating with delegates regardless of status or ability. Bringing interesting, interactive, inclusive training focused to the learner’s needs.My knowledge and experience has been gained from working with Public and Private sector organisations of all sizes both in the UK and overseas developing and delivering IT Training. These experiences have enabled me to develop and enhance my communications skills, allowing me to communicate in a way that brings clarity and coherence of approach to IT training delivery.I possess strong interpersonal skills that enable me to integrate easily and confidently into a team. I am a TAP & TPMA certified IT Trainer, a Member of the Learning and Performance Institute, Prince 2 Foundation and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).I Started 2DAy Associates Ltd in 2007 and work on both a freelance and contract basis. I specialise mainly in Windows based Microsoft Office applications and bespoke Document Records Management systems. I am always interested in looking at new IT and training challenges.
