Current- Develop and manage relationships with 30-50+ customers through the multi-week onboarding process
- Become an expert in boarding process and in communicating that process to onboarding customers
- Assist Customers in implementing Weave in a smooth, timely manner
- Strive to provide five-star customer experience and a great first impression to each office
- Delegate tasks to installation and porting teams
- Expand technical product knowledge and proficiency
