Healthcare is a challenging field, one where critical thinking and strategic planning come into play everyday. Being highly motivated, and an experienced professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals and organizations to new levels of success in both the heathcare and manufacturing fields is a passion. Six Sigma and Lean orientation are used to obtain simple solutions for complicated issues. Currently using my skills in Medical Staff credentialing and privileging. My objective is to continue my work and skill building in Medical Staff credentialing and privileging with Adventist Health System and continue to grow my overall professional education. I also have strong knowledgeable skills in HIPAA, Privacy Compliance, & PSO (Patient Safety Organization).I am currently working with data entry and responsible for the review and cleanup of databases within our credentialing & privileging program.I have taught Windows and all Microsoft office programs to adults for many years. My computer skills are expert level for all Microsoft Office programs.
