* Product Solution & Project Management – Collaborate with customer to identify detailed requirements, and provide solution designs; estimate effort, monitor project process and manage resources to implement the solution and accomplish the project; supported products include LSF (Load Balancer in Cloud Computing), Platform Analytics (Big Data Processing Software) and RTM (Real Time Monitor);* Account Management - Maintain and develop customer relationship, including maintaining the relationship with old customers, evaluating potential problems of products and technical services, and exploring new business opportunities and customers based on market trends;* Technical Professional – Responsible for customer (EP and part of Europe) technical service of IBM Spectrum Computing: solve technical issues, coordinate internal resources, provide solutions for new request, develop internal usage tools;

* Solutions Consulting - Deliver solutions of telecom core network products in global range, including new product deployment, system integration and maintenance; design & provide solutions based on customer’s new requirements or new network; mange technical training/presentations to customer; network elements include: SDM (Subscriber Data Management), HSS, HLR, IMS, Surepay (Payment system) and RMS (Recharge Management System); supported customers include: VFQ, VFAL, VFI, VFNZ, APT, CHT, BSNL, M1, PMT, CMCC;* Project Management - Co-work with local sales to finish customer requirements analyzing and discussion; provide solutions and implementation details; estimate project resource cost and finish the bid; in charge of making project implementation plan, communicating with customers, negotiating with external business partners, managing local team and internal resources, organizing regular issues screening and review meetings, monitoring project progress to on time deliver project with high quality;* Software Design & Development - Design and develop software, data migration tool and maintenance tool, etc.;
