• Planned and organized the first family sweetheart dance the Y had in years to give a fun environment for families to connect and have a new experience.• Made craft videos for members to watch at home during the quarantine so that families could still feel that the YMCA was continuing their mission statement even though the facilities were still closed. Videos were shared across all YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Facebook and YouTube accounts, reaching thousands of members and non-members who follow those various accounts. • Managed our various aspects of planning monthly Kids’ Night Out events, including selecting a theme, crafts, a movie, swim time, dinner and games all to help give the children a fun night of their own.• Created a new organization system for the Play and Learn room children’s books to coincide with and enhance the weekly themes.• Recruited 30 local partners for annual Healthy Kids Day event and managed all event logistics. Event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements. Managed all vendor communication about cancellation and recruitment for summer event.

I taught children from the ages of 3-12 gymnastics skills. I helped them achieve their goals and the skills in order to increase their skill level. I worked on all 4 gymnastics events with the children.
