She played an integral role in growing the company’s unique and highly regarded culture while overseeing recruitment, selection, and retention of corporate staff and the recruitment and selection of Chick-fil-A franchisees. Her other responsibilities included culture and engagement, learning and development, strategic events, talent acquisition, talent management, diversity and inclusion, on-site child care centers and wellness program.
