Authority for obtaining NOC’s, Sanctions, etc.Checking Bill of Quantities and tender documents before bidding of Tender.Ensuring effective development and implementation of key procurement strategies/ contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with project requirements.Technical audit.Design, Planning & Estimation and GFC drawings of Electrical works, Transformer, HV &MV Panels, Rising Mains& Bus ducts, Utility Equipments as STP, ETP, WTP, DG Sets, Fire Fighting Pumps, Air conditioning & HVAC system, PHE Pumps in details, Fire Alarm & LV Services etc. and coordinate services drawings with architectural & Civil structural drawings.Energy Efficiency, Power & water conservation, Resolving Complaints & Grievances, Liaison Work, Govt. Compliances, Priority to AMC work of equipments.Review of as built drawings & coordination with MEP Projects teams & contractors for testing and commissioning of Plants and Taking handover the documents & drawings as required.Responsible for adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) status and norms, vendor and staff mobilization, timely bill certifications, team managements & timely overcoming the troubleshooting.

Responsibility: Overall responsible for the Execution and quality of MEP, Electrical, Law Voltage (FAS/ FAD & CCTV), Elevators, Plumbing and Fire Fighting work. Installation of 33KV Switch Yard, 11KV & 433Volt Distribution System, Elevators.Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions..Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design. Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ. Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations. Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis. (l) Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly. (n) Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion Verify subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Projects Preparation of B.O.Q and calculation of project load coordination with MEP architecture. Electrical Load Calculation and DG Transformer size calculation. Lessening of local authorities
