First chair litigator and manager and mentor of team at one of the oldest law firms in San Francisco. Served as outside general counsel for several construction and design firms, spearheading improved legal processes, negotiating contracts, advising on intellectual property and employment matters, conducting internal investigations, and selecting and managing other outside counsel.
