Responsibility for business operations (including Finance, Legal and HR functions), fundraising, investor relations and commercial & strategic development.Bizimply is now live at over 500 locations, with customers in 9 countries.

Promoted to this role, in recognition of achievements in Commercial Manager role. Responsibility for business operations (incl. finance, legal and HR), and commercial and strategic development during rapid growth phase. Led fundraising, and successfully closed investment transactions totalling US$9m. Led the executive team in execution of the company’s business plan, through a period of growth from 5 to 35 employees, and development from a single-territory entity to an international operation, handling $100m+ ticket sales annually by 2013.

Founding member of industry anti-piracy trade body, TRAP (Trade mark and Rights holders Against Piracy).

The Sanctuary Group plc was a diversified media group operating in all key areas of the music industry, and subsequently acquired by Universal Music Group. The Management Programme was a two-year programme of full-time, in-house training, with the aim of gaining experience in various businesses of the group to fast track to a senior management role. Progressed to a permanent management position at Bravado following completion of the programme.
