Job Duties:-Following Job duties were included:- • Monitored different HR policies, procedures and updated HR databases with different information, Record keeping related to Organization’s Personnel data, HR rules and Regulations and related paperwork.• Provided Administrative Support and developed Performance Appraisals, Determined Training needs and Prepared proposals for top management.. • Conducted Employee Orientations and payroll preparation by collecting and reviewing the required data.Handled Payroll processing and served as an Employee Advocate. • Proposal Writing for the top level management• Participating in recruitment efforts and and shortlisted candidates, phone and on site interviews.• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.• Collecting employment information and assisted in the compensation & reward management programs.• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.• Preparing new employee files and keeping track of their information.• Creating and distributing documents
