I have been with SmartTalent since 2003. The first 5 years was spent as a Recruiter for the Renton and Kirkland offices. In 2008 I took on the challenge of Sales and moved into a Business Development Manager role and have enjoyed the relationships and clients I have obtained thru the years. In 2010 I was promoted to Branch Manager of the Kirkland Branch and have been responsible for the growth of my branch since. In 2016 I moved into the Corporate side of the company and although I still manage some accounts, my focus is on hiring/training/mentoring internal staff. I also assist in managing the companies social media and recruiting sites and variety of projects. In 2017 I moved into a Branch Operations Manager role and I am currently focused on direct hire placements. Ensure all elements have been completed and entered into the computer system prior to approving new customer. • Assess acceptability of all potential temps • Monitor A/R Aging on a weekly basis. • Counsel operational staff as necessary to bring productivity and performance up to expected levels. • Minimize risk of WC injuries and losses. Act quickly! Immediately advise Corporate Safety Officer of any injuries. Participate in designing modified duty assignments in the office. Track and monitor employee recuperation; forward all information to Corporate WC Department. • Manage staff’s responsibilities through quality control procedures such as auditing• Support recruitment efforts; create recruitment strategies to meet the client’s demands of a contingent workforce• Conduct daily huddles and weekly staff meetings

As the Corporate Services Manager, I am responsible for WOTC Management, UI Claims, Collections, Payroll along with assisting with a variety of reports for both the Branch and Region.I am responsible for sourcing, prescreening and interviewing for all internal positions including but not limited to Recruiting Assistants, Talent Specialists, Tele-Sales Support, Business Development Managers, Branch Managers and Directors.
