I have been with SmartTalent since 2003. The first 5 years was spent as a Recruiter for the Renton and Kirkland offices. In 2008 I took on the challenge of Sales and moved into a Business Development Manager role and have enjoyed the relationships and clients I have obtained thru the years. In 2010 I was promoted to Branch Manager of the Kirkland Branch and have been responsible for the growth of my branch since. In 2016 I moved into the Corporate side of the company and although I still manage some accounts, my focus is on hiring/training/mentoring internal staff. I also assist in managing the companies social media and recruiting sites and variety of projects. In 2017 I moved into a Branch Operations Manager role and I am currently focused on direct hire placements. Act quickly! Immediately advise Corporate Safety Officer of any injuries. Participate in designing modified duty assignments in the office. Track and monitor employee recuperation; forward all information to Corporate WC Department. • Manage staff’s responsibilities through quality control procedures such as auditing• Support recruitment efforts; create recruitment strategies to meet the client’s demands of a contingent workforce• Conduct daily huddles and weekly staff meetings
