I have a passion for helping others be successful. To see someone excel and achieve their goals is rewarding to me. Over the years I have managed many employees and working for Wendy's for over 14 years that became my passion. I sometimes found myself being that role model for the employees that sometimes didn't have that at home. Once I crossed over to Buffalo Wild Wings in 2016 a career I never dreamed I would love so much and the passion I had for what I love and that was building teams & teams that create an atmosphere for the guest to enjoy. It was no surprise employees are looking for the same discipline for that brand as well. I always want to be compassionate and understanding in both my personal life and professionally in the work place still being firm and consistent with discipline behaviors. Showing others we care is crucial to being successful and also creates a culture of positive behaviors and outcome for others. My goal is to make a difference or an impact in every team members life that has every worked for me and under my leadership. I hope to give them at least one thing they will remember or use in their lifetime. I love what I do!
