I work alongside the Board of Trustees to ensure that all real property and assets of the church are kept safe and in working order for our members & guests.

As part of the variable resource team, I traveled to various client sites to serve whatever Corporate Real Estate needs they have. This could include: Bldg Decommissions, Project Mgmt, Relocation Mgmt, Space Planning, etc. Every job is different, every client situation is unique. I love the constant change and am easily adaptable to any situation.

Performed various Project Management services and space utilization studies, as needed.

Oversaw all BRG remote employees, projects, work order management, and asset management for the Tennessee, Oklahoma and Ottawa and Edmonton locations for Dell. In addition, I continued to work as a Project Manager on all remote corporate facility-related projects, including building decommissions, renovations and restacks. I was also responsible for all brokering and donation efforts for these locations.

As a employee of the Finance Dept., we developed plans, finishes and FF&E standards for Nashville's Metropolitan Government. We focused on obtaining the best quality products for the value, ergonomically correct work environments, and yet still making our offices aesthetically pleasing. Many of the projects I was involved in required extensive program development, management of space and furniture standards, and the overseeing of large furniture installations and employee relocations.

In this position I was the dedicated Designer to the State of Tennessee account. I handled all space planning and furniture specification for all State and Metro Nashville office buildings throughout Middle and East Tennessee. I worked directly with that various agencies and departments, educating them on the newly created furniture standards for the Haworth contract. In addition, I was responsible for overseeing the installation of all furniture ordered and making sure replacement punch items were taken care of.
